Refunds
Try TrackStudio on your Mac. If it is not for you, we will refund your purchase within 14 days.
How to request a refund
Email hello@trackstudio.xyz within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order number. We will arrange a refund of the purchase price.
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Dodo. Bank or card processing times vary; the refund usually appears within 5–10 business days after approval.
After a refund
Your TrackStudio license is cancelled. Remove the app from your Mac if you no longer wish to use it. Do not share or reuse the refunded license key.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund if the request is made more than 14 days after purchase, except where required by law, or if a license has been resold or transferred outside these terms.
