The rules for using TrackStudio, this website, and a TrackStudio license.
1. License
When you buy TrackStudio, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the Macs you personally own. Keep your license key private. Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the app or the key.
2. Price and payment
TrackStudio 1.0 is ₹499, inclusive of GST where applicable. One payment includes every feature in this version and free 1.x updates. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. A future major release may be a separate paid upgrade.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. Dodo handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, and refunds under its own buyer terms. Your receipt and license key are sent to the email used at checkout.
3. Refunds
If the app does not work for you, email hello@trackstudio.xyz within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See Refunds. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have.
4. Updates
1.x updates are included. We may release fixes and improvements at our discretion. This version is Developer ID signed; notarization may be added later.
5. Restrictions
- Do not extract, share, or resell license keys.
- Do not remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices.
- Do not use the app to violate another person’s privacy or applicable law.
6. Ownership
TrackStudio, its name, icon, website, and software are owned by their respective rights holders. The license gives you the right to use the app, not ownership of the software or trademarks. Apple, Mac, macOS, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. TrackStudio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
